Estate Planning

While Estate planning may seem like a morbid or daunting task, Raymond Partners know that it is an essential part of caring for your family and finances.

In many cases unfortunately, gone are the days where a simple Will suffices. The reason for that is many people have assets that are owned outside a persons Will, such as Trusts and Superfunds. Many people belong to blended families where you may have had children to current and previous partners. Not to mention the increased complexity of tax laws.

While everyone needs to have a suitable Will in place, it only comes into use upon death, and therefore does not take into account many other instances where a person’s Estate may come into question, such as in the event of an illness or accident. In these cases it is advisable to have strategies in place in order to ensure all your affairs are properly cared for.

Our endeavour is to ensure that all your wishes are carried out both in life and in death.
